This morning via email that Steve Jobs has informed its employees that it intends to take another sick leave.

He remains active as CEO of the company, but the daily management is in the hands of Chief Operating Officer Tim Cook. Jobs also continues his own words involved in major strategic decisions. Cook Jobs replaced two years ago when al took Apple's CEO even six months leave for medical reasons. Cook is seen as an heir Jobs if at some point all will resign as CEO of Apple.

The announcement from Apple is very unexpected, because in fact no indication that it would go well with the co-founder of the company. Jobs knew in 2004 even cure of pancreatic cancer. On June 29, 2009, he resumed his job as CEO. More than two months earlier he underwent a liver transplant in the U.S. Memphis. Through the following letter he made his decision known to the entire Apple employees:

At my request, the board of directors HAS Granted me a medical leave of absence so I can focus on my health. I will be continuing as CEO and Involved in Major Strategic Decisions for the company.

I have asked Tim Cook to be Responsible for All of Apple's day to day operations. I have great confidence That Tim and the rest of the executive management team willing do a terrific job executing the exciting plans we have in place for 2011.

I love Apple so much and hope to be back as soon as I can. In the mean time, my family and i would Deeply appreciate respect for our privacy.

It has not disclosed how long medical leave of Steve Jobs will take. Possibly tomorrow more clearly about the health of Apple CEO.(Apple Media Advisory)
