AT&T will pay $39 billion for the acquisition, of which 25 billion in cash and the remainder in shares.

The companies thought to need 12 months to coincide and the largest wireless carrier in the U.S. to be.

T-Mobile has announced that customers taking its hopes on the iPhone, unfortunately, can not be helped. T-Mobile for that matter remains independent of AT&T and iPhone not sell. [via Engadget]
