The iPhone has a SAR value of 1.11 W / kg and is thus still far below the maximum admitted standing radiation value of 1.6 W / kg. Yet there are devices that perform better, like the Samsung Galaxy S III, the Motorola Droid 4 and the HTC Evo 4G. From Tawkon measurements, it appears that jailbreak app developers allows you to measure radiation.

Tawkon was originally a normal app for the iPhone, but that was rejected by Apple. SAR stands for Specific Absorption Rate and is a measure for the radiation amount which is absorbed by the human body. The Blackberry Bold 9700 represents the largest amount of radiation from these devices.
