Xiaomi announced its first tablet computer Mi Pad which looks exactly like the iPad mini, the main difference except from the platform is the housing material . In contrast to the Apple, the Chinese clone is wrapped in plastic wrap . The device is equipped with 7.9 -inch display with a resolution of 2048×1536 Retina- pixels , has 2 GB of RAM and processor NVIDIA Tegra K1.
Cost of the tablet with 16 GB of memory for data storage will be $240 , and a 64 -gigabyte version of the iPad mini clone will be sold for $270. At the same time , despite its low cost , Mi Pad is the first tablet based on NVIDIA 4 -core Cortex A15 2.2 GHz and 192 nuclear – graphics CUDA. Built-in battery has a capacity of 6700 mAh.
